Our Services
Youth, Education & Community Development
We deliver place-based, culturally grounded youth and education programs that strengthen communities and inspire future generations.
- We deliver youth, education, and community programs across Mount Margaret, Kurrawang, and other regions.
- We focus on On-Country learning, cultural education, school partnerships, youth mentoring, and family wellbeing.
- We build a scalable model to expand to other small
communities.
Rangers & Land Management
We strengthen and expand ranger programs with a focus on women’s leadership, native title endorsement, and fee-for-service environmental opportunities.
- We strengthen existing NIAA-funded Rangers program (including current women’s expansion).
- We deliver land management, environmental services and cultural site protection across authorised Goldfields areas.
Economic Development & Community Business
We establish and grow sustainable fee for service and enterprise opportunities that create jobs, revenue, and local pride.

- Revenues generated through fees for service activities are reinvested to strengthen our workforce capabilities.
- We create meaningful training and employment opportunities, with a focus on personal and professional skill development.
On-Country Connections
We deliver innovative On-Country Engagement, and Cultural Immersion programs that promote knowledge exchange, environmental care, and regional collaboration.

We offer mining/industry partners cultural retreats, team building and reward program, and On-Country learning experiences. - On-Country Engagement:
We develop corporate and visitor-facing programs that connect people to Country through cultural learning, environmental stewardship, and Aboriginal perspectives.
